Engine, deck and drive

The SA-46 is powered by an 803 cc, 26 HP four-stroke OHV engine (XH26) with an electronic PTO clutch that engages and disengages the two blades cleanly. Belt drive transfers power to the 20 x 8 inch rear wheels, while 11 x 6 inch front wheels keep the steering light. Forward speed reaches 11.2 km/h and reverse 5.6 km/h, so large lawns are finished quickly.

Cutting height is set mechanically across 15 gears from 25 to 100 mm using the knob on the driver station - no tools, no guessing. The 13.2-litre fuel tank allows long mowing sessions without refuelling, and the 2080 x 1450 x 890 mm machine fits through standard garage doors and onto typical trailers.
