The products offered on our website are remote control lawn mowers and related accessories manufactured by SAAO (China). Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on our website are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but minor deviations in color, dimensions, or technical specifications may occur.
The product images shown may not always reflect the actual state of the delivered product (e.g., minor design changes or accessories). The product itself is the authoritative reference.
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding purchase offer. A quote request is a non-binding inquiry about pricing and availability. We will respond to your request within one business day with a personalized offer.
The products presented on our website constitute an invitation to treat (invitatio ad offerendum), not a binding offer to sell. By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase offer. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is only formed when we explicitly accept your order or when the goods are shipped.
All prices are quoted in EUR, USD, or the respective local currency as indicated on the website. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes unless explicitly stated. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and product weight and will be communicated to you before you confirm your order.

For bank transfers, payment is due within 14 days of order confirmation. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
Products are shipped from our manufacturing facility in China. Shipping is arranged via sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on the destination and customer preference. Estimated delivery times are 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the product and destination.
Delivery is DAP (Delivered at Place) or FOB (Free on Board), as agreed upon. The Incoterms® 2020 apply. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the designated carrier or upon handover to the customer, whichever occurs first.
For deliveries outside of Germany/EU, the customer is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We provide a statutory warranty for defects in accordance with the applicable laws. The warranty period for delivered goods is 24 months from delivery.
Specific product guarantees may apply in addition to the statutory warranty. Details of any product-specific guarantees are provided with the respective product documentation.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable if we have breached a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
The above limitations of liability do not apply to injury of life, body, or health, or to liability under the Product Liability Act.
The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of data as described therein.
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
For B2B transactions, the place of jurisdiction is Jining, Shandong, China. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumer transactions within the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident apply.
