A 60V / 100A LiFePO4 battery supplies a 4000 W brushless mower motor and two 1000 W drive units with independent gearboxes - one per track. Running time is 3-4 hours per charge, and the 500 m remote control with high and low speed lets one person safely manage the machine on difficult terrain. At 400 kg packaging weight the DS8-800 is built for continuous professional duty.

The cutting deck is raised and lowered hydraulically between 1 and 28 cm directly from the transmitter, so the height can be adapted to the ground on the fly - low for a clean finish, high for tall growth. The 940 mm-plus crawler tracks (120 x 60 x 37 mm track format) distribute the machine weight over a large contact area, protecting soft turf while providing the grip needed for 50-degree slopes.
